How to reset CUNY Portal ID
Since I have attended York I have had a problem accessing CUNY Portal.
For some services, the site allows you to enter in your last name, first name and SSN. But for most other services (i.e. To take credits at another college, CPE results) you need CUNY Portal ID and password.
To get a new ID and password and access your York College Email account, go to room 2E03. You can also get your laptop computer hooked up into the school's wireless internet (WiFi) so that you can have internet access while on campus.*And...It takes less than 5 minutes*
I'm not sure what time they close..if anyone knows their hours or other services that they provide, be sure to post it up.

How to write a good thesis?
Making sure that its clearly stated. Needs to be specific, focus and concise.
It needs to be something that can be argued and certainly doesn't state the obvious.

MS WORD - How To Do Hanging Indent with new MS Word
When doing a bibliography, you will have to indent lines after the first line of the citation. This is called hanging indent. With the new MS Word, to do the hanging indent, you must;
Type citations in their entirety according to form required by the professor

Then Press ctrl+a
Then go to paragraph area (should be located under the home tab, most likely above your work)
Click once on the little arrow at the bottom corner of paragraph menu
A paragraph menu should open in a mini-window

Go to "special"
Each one, teach one.
With all the people, things, situations we deal with daily, oftentimes we cannot or do not get a chance to live carefree lives. Well, I will try to help you where I can and please 'pay it forward' and try to help others...
IN MY EXPERIENCE attending YORK COLLEGE, I have found that I am often times out of the loop. I am sure this is a common problem at commuter schools, and it is easy to get lost in the shuffle. After all the struggles and hard work to make it in the outside world, to provide for yourself and your family, try to find a lasting career, and make it in the world, it should not be so difficult to get some guidance, direction, or advice when it comes to the REWARDING choice of pursuing higher education.
